FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Construction is set to begin in July on a new downtown residential complex. The Fort Wayne Redevelopment Commission has approved a deal with the city for the Cityscape Flats project, which will be located just west of Parkview Field, that according to our partners in news at 21 Alive. Cityscape Flats will offer about 165 units, along with a new parking garage, courtyard, and fitness center.
