FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Renovations coming to Citizens Square.  The government center will soon bear seven new signs. According to the News-Sentinel, the project will include face lifts for two current signs on the street level plus five others on the building.  It's expected to cost about $28 thousand dollars.
