FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): An Indianapolis developer has purchased two empty buildings with the intention of renovating them into apartment complexes, that according to our partners in news at 21 Alive. Superior Lofts, which will be located next door to the county jail, will feature 66 new apartments. Randall Lofts, which will be on Harrison and Pearl, will contain 44 units and already has 97 people on the waiting list. The new complexes mean more opportunities for people to live the downtown Fort Wayne lifestyle.
