MUNCIE, Ind. (WOWO) — An 18-year-old Muncie woman was arrested on charges of battery with a deadly weapon and criminal recklessness after police say she hit a 16-year-old with her car following a fight at a house party.

The incident was recorded on Snapchat.

Witnesses claim that Chloe Pugh purposely targeted the teenager, with someone in the car urging her to hit the teenager.

The victim’s injuries were not detailed in court documents. Official charges have not yet been filed in the casee.
