FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Back on that downward spiral: gas prices locally have dropped 13 cents/gallon in the last week. The national average, meanwhile, has been on a decline for a month now, dropping about a nickel/gallon this past week. Gasbuddy.com analyst Patrick DeHaan says he expects the national average, which stands at $3.51/gallon to drop further.
