National Weather Service on Snow Accumulation

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) _ The National Weather Service says yesterday’s winter storm dumped as much as 13 inches of snow in some parts of southern Indiana. The Monroe County town of Ellettsville got the highest accumulation in the state. Evansville had 7.7 inches and Indianapolis had 7.5 inches — the city’s deepest snowfall in nearly four years.
