The new Indiana license plate could be paying tribute to the state’s upcoming bicentennial. Lieutenant Governor Becky Skillman and former Congressman Lee Hamilton are scheduled to unveil the new standard license plate today in Indianapolis. Skillman and Hamilton are co-chairs of the Indiana Bicentennial Commission.
