Today the Allen County Prosecutor’s Office announced that no criminal charges will be filed against Matt Lindsay, the former head coach of the Bishop Luer’s football team.

The Allen County Police Department found no illegal images on his work computer and Lindsay’s personal computer couldn’t be found.

Along with that, of the items examined, no illegal images were discovered and none of the images on his computer contained nudity or were taken in a place with an expectation of privacy.   

Therefore, no criminal charges will be filed.
