No Injuries in Plane’s Emergency Landing

INGALLS, Ind. (AP): A West Virginia pilot has escaped injury after his small plane made an emergency landing in a central Indiana farm field. The Herald Bulletin and WTHR-TV report 46-year-old Vincent Miele of Clarksburg, W. Va., made the emergency landing Wednesday after losing engine power at 5,000 feet.
