FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): 52-year-old Christina Hensley of Albion was driving on U.S. 33, south of State Road 9 in Noble County when she went left of center and hit a vehicle driven by 55-year-old David Johnson, of Fort Wayne. Hensley was trapped in her vehicle and had to be extricated. She was then taken by Samaritan to Parkview Regional Medical Center. Johnson and his passenger 62-year-old Rudy Lewis of Fort Wayne were taken by EMS to Parkview.
