FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): North Side High School students have four choices to choose from for their new mascot.

The final four choices are the Falcons, Legends, Night Hawks, and Raptors. The final four was determined after a preliminary vote earlier this month. 

Students voted Tuesday on the final four, and Fort Wayne Community Schools spokeswoman Krista Stockman says the winner will be announced to students Thursday. Students cast their ballots via school email. 

North Side is changing their mascot from the Redskins because some feel it's a slur against American Indians. Goshen High School just changed their Redskins mascot to the Redhawks.
