North Webster Bank Robbery Suspect Caught

   

WARSAW, Ind. (WOWO):  The Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department believe they have found the man who robbed the Key Bank last week. 


Police believe that 28 year old Zachary Springer of Warsaw placed a threatening pone call to the Wawasee High School as a way to draw attention away from his upcoming robbery.  The call into the high school and the bank robbery happened just 22 minutes apart.  They say Springer entered and robbed the Key Bank on State Road 13 in North Webster on September 12th around 9:15 a.m.  

Springer is currently in the Kosciusko County Jail on a $400,000 bond.  He's preliminary charged with false informing, habitual offender and felony level 2 robbery and theft.
