LAGRANGE, Ind. (WOWO): A traffic stop on the Indiana Toll Road led to a Cleveland man being arrested on drug and drunk driving charges early this morning.

The Indiana State Police says a trooper pulled over a vehicle for several moving violations about four miles west of the Howe/LaGrange exit at about 1:10am. The driver, 26-year-old Franciso Gallardo Cortes, was found to have a blood alcohol content of 1.5-times the legal limit. Police also found cocaine, digital scales, and more than $560 in cash in his vehicle.

Cortes was charged with dealing cocaine, operating while intoxicated, and driving without a license. He was taken to the LaGrange County Jail.
