DEFIANCE, Ohio (WOWO): The Ohio State Highway Patrol is urging motorists to drive safely and wear seat belts after three fatal crashes in Defiance and Williams Counties.  Several of the victims weren't wearing seat belts.

Ohio residents are encouraged to call #677 to report impaired drivers and drug activity.
