DEKALB COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO) – One person is dead after a crash in DeKalb County this morning.

Reports say around 2 a.m. officers responded to the crash on C.R. 60.

Investigators believe the driver, who has not yet been named, was crossing a bridge in the 2200 block and veered off the road, striking a tree. 

Investigators believe speed was a factor in the crash, but the investigation is ongoing.
