One injured after car crashes into tree

DEKALB COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO) – One person was injured Saturday morning after crashing into a tree in DeKalb County.

The driver, whose identity has not been released at this time, was reportedly driving westbound on S.R. 8 near the  C.R. 71 intersection when the driver failed to properly go around the curse. 

The vehicle left the roadway, rotated and struck a tree. 

The driver was taken to the hospital with shoulder pain after the crash. No other injuries were reported in the crash.
