A man was fatally injured in a two car crash Saturday afternoon in Northwest Allen County, after his car struck a truck head–on. County Police say Randall Fulk died a few hours after being airlifted to a local hospital. That accident happened on U.S. 33 near Giesking Road; about five miles southeast of Churubusco.
