ADAMS COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): A person was killed in a crash in Adams County Wednesday night.

The single-vehicle crash happened on Winchester Road north of CR 550 N around 6 p.m., according to the Adams County Sheriff’s Office.

The driver of the vehicle, who was pronounce dead at the scene, was the only person found when emergency responders arrived.

Police are still investigating the crash and haven’t released a name of the victim. Investigators also haven’t said how the crash happened.
