Parents File Appeal in Lauren Spierer Civil Case

INDIANAPOLIS (WOWO) – The parents of a missing college student have appealed a judges decision to drop a lawsuit against two men they say are connected to the disappearance.

Robert and Mary Spierer are continuing to push a civil negligence case against Corey Rossman and Jason Rosenbaum. The Spierer's maintain the men were with their daughter, Lauren, the night she went missing in June 2011.

That's according to WISH-TV in Indianapolis. The lawsuit centers on the men not walking her back to her apartment after a night of partying at a bar. Tuesday, the judge ruled their wasn't enough evidence for the case to continue.
