FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) — Parkview Health has donated a former Mobile Mammography Coach to Ivy Tech Community College who will convert the vehicle into an interactive mobile exploration lab for middle and high school students across 11 counties.

Agriculture, Robotics, Welding Technology, and Machine Tool Technology are among the topics that students will experience.

The coach had served thousands of women across northeast Indiana for 13 years before it was retired.

The new exploration lab should hit the road this fall.
