INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Visitors to a memorial to former Governor Otis “Doc” Bowen in the Statehouse Rotunda may sign a book of condolences. Governor Mike Pence is set to lay a wreath at the public memorial tomorrow morning. Bowen died Saturday at a northern Indiana nursing home at the age of 95.
