Police Count at least 7 Fort Wayne Dollar Store Robberies in 2015

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): After a weekend robbery, there have been at least seven robberies of Family Dollar and Dollar General stores in the Fort Wayne area, so far this year.

On Sunday, the Family Dollar on S. Anthony Blvd was robbed at gunpoint. According to the Journal Gazette, the suspect went inside the store and demanded money from the register

 Police were able to find cellphones of a few customers in the back of the store, and they are still searching for a suspect.

The suspect was described as black, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, with a thin build and wearing a black ski mask, gray hooded sweatshirt and sweatpants.
