UPDATE, 11/23/15, 5:05am: Police have identified the victim as 26-year-old Harold Von Harrington of Fort Wayne. His death has been ruled a homicide.

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Around 6:30 p.m. Saturday, police responded to the area of 3200 Central Dr. in regards to shots fired. Once on the scene, officers searched the area and located a car that had multiple bullets holes in it. After further inspection, a man suffering apparent gunshot wounds was located inside the vehicle, and was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.
