FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Police are investigating a shooting on Fort Wayne's south side. 

The shooting happened Thursday night at 9:30 PM on Engle Road just east of Ardmore. 

Witnesses told our partners in news at 21Alive that the victim went to a nearby hospital with a gunshot wound. He's listed in serious condition. 

No word on any suspects.
