ANGOLA, Ind. (WOWO): Police are asking for your help in locating a Steuben County sex offender. An arrest warrant has been issued for 49-year old Brian Campbell. He’s charged with falling to register as a violent or sex offender. He stands 5-foot-11 and weighs 173 pounds with brown hair, hazel eyes and is known to wear glasses. If you have information you are asked to call the Steuben County Sheriff’s Department.
