An anonymously authored report opposing a proposed Allen County casino has raised questions about potential AI involvement in its creation.

The 30-page document, titled “Economic Impact Analysis,” challenges a 2025 study by Spectrum Gaming Group and calls for a binding referendum before casino approval.

The report estimates a net negative economic impact of $81 million per year.
