Prescription Complaints Filed Against a Local Pharmacy

INDIANA, (WOWO): Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller’s office recently filed complaints against the Hoosier Prescription Shop, its owner and pharmacist. According to the complaints the shop distributed 22,000 oxycodone tablets to out of state patients over a seven month period last year. All prescriptions were paid for in cash totaling about $53,000. The Indiana Board of Pharmacy will decide what to do and will likely consider the complaints at its next meeting July 8.
