Purdue Nobel Laureate Elected to National Academy

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (AP): Purdue University's most recent Nobel laureate has been elected to the National Academy of Sciences. Chemistry professor Ei-Ichi Negishi was recently elected to the academy as a foreign associate in recognition of his distinguished and continuing achievements in original research. He'll be inducted into the academy at its next annual meeting.
