FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The Fort Wayne Redevelopment Commission has hired a new director. Justin Brugger will manage the staff of the Redevelopment Department within the Community Development Division in addition to serving as the Director. His first day will be May 14. Brugger is currently a senior program manager for City Utilities and replaces Greg Leatherman, who is now the City's Community Development Director.
