Rolls Royce Plans investment Announcement in Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) _ Rolls Royce says it plans to announce that the aerospace engines and power systems manufacturer will be making a “significant investment'' in Indianapolis.

Rolls Royce put out a statement saying it will make the announcement Monday morning at its training center auditorium in Indianapolis. Indiana Gov. Mike Pence's office said in a statement that he would attend the economic development announcement.

Rolls Royce has testing, manufacturing and office facilities in Indianapolis. It recently announced it plans to develop and test jet engines in a building that will be the first facility at Purdue University's new aeropsace technology park in West Lafayette.
