CORUNNA, Ind. (WOWO): Indiana State Police have arrested an accused attempted rapist from rural Corunna.

23 year old Timothy M. Jacks is accused of physically attacking a woman Saturday morning at around 4 A.M. He's charged with attempted rape, sexual battery, and strangulation. All of those charges are felonies.

There was also apparently a struggle when Indiana State Police and DeKalb County authorities tried to arrest him Saturday, as he's also charged with battery to a police officer and resisting law enforcement, which are also felonies.
