FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) – The victim of a Saturday night shooting has been identified.

Tristan Tywan Norton Carter, 31 of Fort Wayne, was found lying in the 1000 block of Senate Avenue around 8:30 p.m. Saturday, February 2.
He was transported to a hospital in critical condition, and died shortly after arrival.
The Allen County Coroner reports he died of multiple gunshot wounds, and his manner of death has been ruled a homicide.
Carter is the first homicide victim in Allen County for 2019.
