Several Drug Related Arrests In Kosciusko County

  

 

WARSAW, Ind. (WOWO):  A joint-operational investigation between the Warsaw Police Narcotics Unit, Kosciusko County Drug Task Force, Warsaw Police Department, and the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department, has resulted in the arrest of several individuals within the last three days in Kosciusko County.

On Saturday, December 27, 2014 at approximately 2:00 p.m., the Warsaw Police Narcotics Unit, along with the Kosciusko County Drug Task Force, jointly arrested Olivia Ann Hebert (Cook), 26, Claypool, on preliminary charges of felony possession of a schedule I controlled Substance (Heroin) at an undisclosed Winona Lake location.

On Sunday, December 28th, 2014 at approximately 4:00 p.m., members of the Warsaw Police Narcotics Unit, Kosciusko County Drug Task Force and the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department established an undercover purchase of heroin in the Silver Lake area. After the drug transaction was completed, uniformed officers initiated a traffic stop near the intersection of Kosciusko County Road 950 South and 450 West. Subsequently, officers arrested Aaron Joseph Seibold, 35, and Myles Scott Jordan, 27, both of Wabash, Indiana, on preliminary charges of dealing a Schedule I Controlled Substance (Heroin). Seibold was additionally charged with possession of a precursor by a meth offender, and unlawful sale of ephedrine/pseudoephedrine.

Later during the same day, the Warsaw Police Narcotics Unit conducted an undercover purchase of hydrocodone, a schedule II controlled substance, from an individual identified as Timothy Raymond Zick, 29, Plymouth. Undercover Warsaw officers were also able to initiate an additional drug transaction a few hours later with Zick, resulting in the purchase of heroin.

On Monday, December 29th, at approximately 2:30 a.m., officers from the Warsaw Police Narcotics Unit, the Kosciusko County Drug Task Force, and the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department conducted an undercover purchase of heroin at the location of 340 East Levi Lee Road, Lot #209, Leesburg. During the course of the investigation, officers obtained and executed a search warrant from the Kosciusko County Prosecutor's Office. A search of the residence revealed numerous items associated with the use and manufacturing of methamphetamine, along items associated with the use of heroin. Officers arrested Maranda De Aaron Begley, 28, Warsaw, and Timothy Zick, and preliminarily charged both individuals with felony dealing a schedule I controlled substance (Heroin), dealing methamphetamine, and possession of methamphetamine. Begley was additionally charged with neglect of a dependent during the investigation. Undercover officers also arrested a third subject at the residence, identified as Louise Auger, 39, Warsaw, and preliminarily charged her with felony possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia. Auger was also discovered to have an outstanding active warrant from Minnesota.

All suspects were taken and booking into the Kosciusko County Jail with the following bonds:

• Myles Scott Jordan $7,500
• Timothy Raymond Zick $20,000
• Maranda De Aaron Begley $15,000
• Louise Auger $7,500

The Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office advises that the defendant’s charge is merely an accusation and that the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
