Several Injured in 3-Vehicle Crash in Ligonier

NOBLE COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Several people were injured after a 3-vehicle accident early Tuesday morning in Noble County. Around 3:30 a.m., the Noble County Sheriff's Department got a call of a crash at SR 5 and 900 N in Ligonier. An investigation found that an SUV driven by Stephanie Lehman, of Rome City, failed to stop at a stop sign and hit a vehicle driven by Alberto Segovia of Ligonier. Segovia's vehicle was then hit a second time while sitting stationary in the intersection by a van driven by Ralph Covey Jr of Topeka. Segovia and his passenger were taken to Parkview Regional. Covey was taken to Parkview Noble. Officials say weather conditions are believed to be a factor in the crash.
