Some FW Police Officers Suspended

Fort Wayne’s police chief says four officers were suspended last month for policy lapses that included one officer who lacked a valid driver’s license. Chief Rusty York told the city’s Board of Public Safety yesterday that each of the disciplined officers received up to three days of unpaid suspension time. One officer received a three-day suspension for violating the department’s firearms and use-of-force policy.
