South Bend Considers Easing Beekeeping Rules

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (AP): Officials in South Bend are considering changes that would make it easier for people to keep bee hives in the city. City Councilman Tim Scott says he hopes easing the city’s beekeeping rules will encourage more honeybees at a time when the number of bees are declining across the country because of a mysterious disorder.
