BLUFFTON, Ind. (WOWO): Officials broke ground on a new facility in Wells County.

Economic development and local leaders announce a 200 thousand square foot spec building near Lancaster Street and State Road 124.

The building is expected to be ready for occupation in about six to nine months and is meant to speed-up investment in the city.

The move-ready building comes with tax incentives and a head-start for a potential occupant of the building.
