Stabber Sentenced to Six Years

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): 22-year-old Jonathon Courtois of Fort Wayne was sentenced to six years in prison Tuesday, after admitting to stabbing a man during a fight earlier this year. In August, Courtois pleaded guilty to a charge of battery with a deadly weapon resulting in serious bodily injury, that according to The Journal Gazette. During his hearing yesterday, Courtois said the fight that landed him in jail was over a girl.
