FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Medics were called after a stairway collapsed last night at a Fort Wayne motel.

The Fort Wayne Fire Department and EMS were called to the Relax Inn off Coliseum Boulevard after a stairway collapsed on the second floor of the building.

According to a press release, firefighters toured the building and found concerns with the motel's stairways.

The second floor rooms were evacuated, and one man suffered minor injuries.
