FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A bank with several area branches is opening a new headquarters in downtown Fort Wayne.

STAR Financial Bank announced Wednesday they would be building a $43-million, two-tower building at 215 West Main Street, in a building currently referred to as the Ashberry Project.
