FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO):  Fort Wayne Mayor Tom Henry will address the public in his annual State of the City, February 5 at Grand Wayne Center.

Officials say the talk is titled “Investing in Our Future” and will touch on the successes of 2013 and preview 2014. 

The speech is scheduled for 12 Noon. Visitors are asked to arrive and be seated by 11:45 a.m.
