A Statewide Silver Alert has been declared as the Nappanee Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Kilah Barr McLaughlin, a 14 year old white female,  5 feet 7 inches tall, 120 pounds, blond hair with pink tips, and blue eyes.

Kilah is missing from Nappanee and was last seen on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at 7:30 pm.  She is believed to be in extreme danger.
