Strong Demand for New Living Space in Downtown Fort Wayne

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The demand for downtown living is going up in the city of Fort Wayne. A new study by the Housing and Neighborhood Development Services, or HANDS, says developers are looking for upcoming project ideas around town.

HANDS held a board meeting on Tuesday, and according to our partners in news at 21Alive, almost all the seats were filled with interested contractors who have seen success in developments like Randall Lofts, Anthony Wayne Condos, and the current Ash Skyline project.
