Study Finds Economic Potential on South Side of Fort Wayne

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A new study finds that Fort Wayne's south side has great economic potential.

According to our Partners in News at 21Alive, the study was done by Gibbs Planning Group. Their findings show Fort Wayne can support additional retail and restaurant development on the southern part of town.

The study used the large number of vacated properties and empty strip malls that can be used new business. There is also plenty of parking for new buildings that may go up in the future.
