FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): As part of the Republican Study Committee's National Day of Service, Representative Marlin Stutzman will stop by Fort Wayne to stock grocery shelves at Community Harvest Food Bank. Stutzman hopes his work will encourage others to volunteer their time at charitable groups including churches and nonprofit organizations in northeast Indiana.
