Sunday night shooting leaves man in serious condition

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) – A shooting in southeast Fort Wayne left a man in serious condition on Sunday night, according to our partners in news at Fort Wayne’s NBC.

Around 8:00 p.m. officers from the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to a residence on the 2600 block of Lillie Street.  Upon arrival, investigators found a man suffering from a gunshot wound inside of the home.

The man, 55-year-old Alex Fisher, was taken to an area hospital and is in serious condition.  According to detectives, one woman has been taken into custody.
