FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) – A man is under arrest after leading police on a brief chase Tuesday.

Police attempted to serve a warrant on Summit St. just before noon to 30-year-old Sundarpal Ghotra when the man took off in a vehicle and began a pursuit.

Stop sticks were deployed and ended the chase near the intersection of Speedway and Coliseum Blvd.

Ghotra was taken into custody and hit with nine charges, including retail theft.
