FORT WAYNE – (WOWO): Suspended Indianapolis Police officer David Bisard will go before an Allen County judge to day.  The Marion County Prosecutor will make the case, that Bisard should remain jailed until his trial in October. Bisard is charged with drunk driving in a police car and sparking a crash that killed a motorcyclist.  At the time he was released on bond. He was taken back into custody after a drunk driving accident last month in an Indianapolis suburb.
