Suspension of Southern Indiana Drug Court Lifted

JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. (AP): The state Supreme Court has lifted its suspension of a troubled southern Indiana drug court and given it a six-month conditional certification that allows nearly 75 participants to remain in the program. The high court lifted the suspension of the Clark County Drug Court on March 7th and imposed conditions including no new participants unless authorized by the state and periodic updates to the state.
