The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s deputies and the corner are investigating the death of a teenage girl on the train tracks early this morning.  Police say 15-year-old Kalee Nicole Skaggs was killed just before 3 AM when she was struck by the train.  The engineer of the C-S-X locomotive called police after he hit the girl. The corner says she was killed instantly. They’re still trying to figure out why the teen was on the train tracks in the first place.
